• During its inaugural week, the Ethereum-based tokenized fund BUIDL, launched by BlackRock, experienced robust demand, amassing deposits totaling $245 million.

• A federal judge has determined that the SEC has presented a sufficiently compelling case alleging that Coinbase is functioning as an unregistered broker, exchange, and clearinghouse

• SingularityNET, Fetch.ai, and Ocean Protocol are in talks to consolidate their tokens into an ASI token, which would hold an aggregated fully diluted value of approximately $7.5 billion.

• The Department of Justice filed charges against KuCoin, a cryptocurrency exchange, and two of its founders, accusing them of breaching anti-money laundering regulations.

• The London Stock Exchange (LSE) said it will start a marketplace for bitcoin and ether exchange-traded notes (ETNs).

• The Securities and Exchange Commission has requested a New York judge impose $2 billion in fines and penalties on Ripple Labs Inc. This marks the latest chapter in the ongoing legal battle that has lasted for years between Ripple Labs Inc. and the SEC.

• FTX, a bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange, has reached agreements totaling $884 million with around two dozen purchasers, which includes an investor from Abu Dhabi, to offload the majority of its shares in Anthropic, an artificial intelligence startup supported by companies such as Amazon.com and Google.
