• Games Moving to Base: This week we saw a game called Super Champs move to Base, which led to a spike in its NFT price. A few weeks ago we saw great price appreciation of Aavegotchi’s $GHST token, after moving to Base.

  • There’s a theme evolving where migrations to Base are seen as bullish, leading to price appreciation. The recent attention on the chain likely seeds this idea due to MEME coins, and the large increase in trading volume on the chain.

• Hong Kong regulators have given the green light to several spot Bitcoin and Ether ETFs, which will be managed by prominent firms including China Asset Management, Harvest Global, Bosera, and HashKey. 

• OKX has made a significant move by launching X Layer on the public mainnet, aiming to onboard its vast user base of 50 million onto the blockchain. This strategic initiative promises to enhance scalability and accessibility within the crypto ecosystem. 

• Coinbase has submitted a motion to appeal a recent decision by a judge that allowed a lawsuit involving the SEC and the exchange to move forward instead of being dismissed.

• Kraken, the second-largest cryptocurrency exchange based in the United States has created its own wallet.
