• According to the U.S. Department of Justice, “CZ”, should be sentenced to three years in prison for his involvement in facilitating the crypto exchange's violation of federal sanctions and money laundering laws.

• Jack Dorsey’s payments company, Block, is building a Bitcoin mining system. This is interesting because while many focus on AI chips, Block prioritizes the development of Bitcoin mining chips.

• London-based digital asset exchange, broker, and custodian, Archax, has extended its tokenization services to include the BlackRock ICS US Treasury money market fund (MMF).

• Ledger Live is set to provide cryptocurrency swap and instant-buy services in partnership with MoonPay.

• Keonne Rodriguez and William Lonergan Hill face charges for operating Samourai Wallet, an unlicensed money-transmitting business, which facilitated over $2 billion in illicit transactions and laundered more than $100 million in criminal proceeds.

• Shiba Inu recently raised $12 million through the TREAT token to advance its newly developed privacy-centric Layer 3 blockchain.
