• In Massachusetts, a U.S. judge has rejected DraftKings' attempt to dismiss a class action lawsuit filed by purchasers of its non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

  • The lawsuit contends that these tokens qualify as investment contracts, potentially paving the way for a legal showdown over whether NFTs should be classified as securities.

• Moku’s Moki Genesis Collection with an 8888 supply successfully sold out

  • The NFTs were being sold for 55 RON, and they’re sitting at a fp of 92.50 RON now (+85%)

• Tomarket, the market for new assets (RWAs, crypto bond yields, pre-circulation tokens) launched a Telegram game
