• Realm Hunter rebranded to WonderVerse

  • It’s a game ecosystem incubated by Seedify

  • Most recently they released their Telegram game WonderBits

• The Telegram clicker game Pixelverse launched its PIXFI token

  • Surprisingly the token was listed on Coinbase

• The Kuroro studio released a Telegram game called Kuroro Ranch

  • It’s a clicker game with a farming simulator twist and it acquired 80K users in only a few days so far

  • Kuroro is building a game ecosystem that includes 3 games now (Kuroro Wilds, Beast Brawl, and Ranch)

• The Open Platform (TOP) invested in Akedofun

  • Akedo is building multiple Telegram-based games and released its first game Akedog yesterday

• Valeria Studios announced they migrated to XAI Games

  • Valeria is building a gaming IP that includes a physical and online TCG + an RTS game

• Starnet is a new decentralized ad network (questing platform) that aims to solve the challenge of increasing UA spent for developers

  • This is a new solution coming from the Stardust Web3 infrastructure company

🕹️ Gaming Narrative Play

• ETH ETF Approval: The ETF approval is around the corner, which means we will see a large amount of new capital pour into ETH. If it does well, and ETH appreciates, the question becomes what assets this new capital will rotate into.

  • Will it be NFTs (like we saw with Bitcoin and Ordinals), meme tokens on ETH, or will volume flow to L2s?

  • For now, gaming doesn’t seem to be in this picture too much, as they don’t have the same mind share as meme coins for instance.

    • On the other hand, AI coins have a larger mindshare, meaning gaming-adjacent AI tokens on ETH might have the potential to gain an upside here

• The SEC dropped its investigation into Hiro Systems, a blockchain software developer formerly known as Blockstack. The company raised $70 million through token sales between 2017 and 2019. The SEC’s action marks another victory for the crypto industry in its ongoing struggle with regulators.

• State Street Corp. is looking into creating a stablecoin, while also investigating ways to get involved in settling payments on the blockchain.

• Presidential hopeful Donald Trump revealed this week that his choice for Vice President is J.D. Vance, a huge crypto enthusiast and trader. This news, coupled with Trump speaking at the upcoming Bitcoin Convention in Nashville, Tennessee, is great news for the crypto space.

• Bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange FTX and the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission have reached a $12.7 billion settlement agreement.

• Uniswap, has officially launched its wallet browser extension on Chrome. The extension is compatible with various blockchain networks, including Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, Avalanche, and more. 

• Stripe has extended its crypto integration into the European market, allowing shoppers to purchase cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, using a credit or debit card.

• According to multiple sources, Ethereum ETFs are expected to start trading on Tuesday, July 23rd.
