• MicroStrategy has announced a Special Meeting for its shareholders to vote on critical proposals aimed at advancing the 21/21 Plan, optimizing capital-raising efforts, and aligning director compensation with the company's Bitcoin-centric strategy. 

• Unichain, a DeFi-focused Layer 2 solution developed by Uniswap and built using the OP Stack, is slated for a public mainnet launch in early 2025.

  • Since October, the project has been operating on Ethereum’s Sepolia testnet, where it has successfully processed over 50 million test transactions and deployed more than 4 million test contracts.

• Trump recently announced that Bo Hines, a former college football player and Republican nominee for North Carolina's 13th congressional district, will assume the role of Executive Director of the Presidential Council of Advisers for Digital Assets, which Trump calls the "Crypto Council."

• Rumble, a video-sharing platform and cloud services provider has signed an agreement for a strategic investment of $775 million from Tether ($USDT).
